Safety First

Safety is our first priority for both our guests and our medical providers.

 

Procedural Safety: Our medical providers are licensed by the state of Georgia and have had extensive training in iV/iM administration and Emergency Medicine. We take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our guests by using sterile vitamins, antioxidants, amino acids and medications sourced from licensed and accredited pharmacies. Our iV equipment is single-use and sterile. Additionally, we follow strict aseptic guidelines when preparing and administering our iV/iM therapies. These safety precautions ensure that our iV/iM therapies can be safely administered wherever you may be.

Mixing Safety: We mix all of our therapies in a ISO 5 classification clean room. This system utilizes a dual stage filtration process which consists of a MERV8 pre-filter and a HEPA filter with an efficiency rating up to 99.97% efficient on particles .3 micrometers and larger. It allows us to mix our therapies in one of the safest environments possible.

 

Visit + Concierge Safety: Our goal is to provide an experience that is safe and enhancing for both you and our medical providers. All of our providers have had extensive training and background checks and meet all the necessary requirements for practicing medicine in Georgia. We monitor our providers to help ensure that every concierge service treatment is provided safely and timely.

Three times the charm

Although our medical providers are highly trained in iV administration, in rare cases it can be difficult to locate a vein suitable for iV placement. Our policy is to attempt iV placement up to three times. However, if after three attempts, we are still unable to provide iV placement, we will gladly administer our vitamins and medications intramuscularly (iM) and offer you a full refund of your iV treatment.

Once mixed it is yours

At Replenish, each iV therapy treatment is custom crafted based on the individual needs of the guest. Our mixing is performed under a certified clean room hood at the time a treatment is requested by a guest. This policy ensures maximum efficacy and safety of the treatment, but it also means that treatments are not interchangeable or preservable. Once our providers have mixed a therapy, it is the responsibility of the guest to purchase and receive the therapy.

Refunds

We understand that sometimes life happens. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we simply request 72 hour notice in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations between 24 hours and 72 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we will be unable to refund any cancellation made with less than 24 hour notice.
